For Lasso searches, you’ll need to provide the account list in a .csv file with a dedicated column titled 'Domains' or 'Company URLs'. Lasso utilizes this column exclusively for search criteria, so ensure its accuracy and completeness.
Dedupe your account list
Deduplication is crucial for Lasso searches. While only the first instance of an account is processed, thus not affecting credit charges for duplicates, removing duplicate accounts before searching enhances credit estimate accuracy and streamlines the search process.
Both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel have built-in dedupe features (see below).

The Remove Duplicates feature for Google Sheets can be found in the Data menu under Data Cleanup. To use it, first highlight all of the columns containing account information, then start the Remove Duplicates process. Be sure to check the box for “Data has header row” and then only select the column that contains the domain names. This will make sure the dedupe removes the whole row if it detects a duplicate domain name.

The Remove Duplicates feature for Microsoft Excel can be found in the Data tab of the ribbon. If your setup has the default ribbon configuration, the Remove Duplicates button can be found directly to the right of the “Text to Columns” button. To use it, first highlight all of the columns containing account information, then click the “Remove Duplicates” button. Check the box for “My list has headers” and then uncheck the “Select All” box and check only the box for the column that contains your domain names. This will make sure the dedupe removes the whole row if it detects a duplicate domain name.
